Appointments
- We encourage appointments to be made by submitting a request on our web form. You can also contact us by telephone on 06 758 2885.
- As a Specialist clinic, patients need to be referred by either a General Practitioner, Physiotherapist, Podiatrist or another Specialist.
- Your referrer will also need to arrange up to date x-rays, scans etc. to be taken prior to your appointment.
- Our clinic is open Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 5pm. We look forward to hearing from you.
Cancelling Appointments
We do appreciate being notified if you are unable to attend your appointment. Please telephone the rooms during business hours at least 24 hours before the appointment time so that we can offer your appointment to another person.
We make every effort to run to time, as we know your time is valuable, however occasionally emergencies or patients require a little more time and this can cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We do apologise for any delays.
